Credit Card Payment

​Making payments towards your Commercial Bank Credit Card

 
  • You will receive your Credit Card statement as per your preferred choice (i.e. email or postal mail)
  • Closing balance to be paid on or before the due date mentioned on the statement
  • The minimum amount due on your Credit Card is debited from your linked account basis the payment percentage set on your Credit card. (Payment percentage is the preset auto debit limit between 3% - 100% of the closing balance  set on your Credit Card)
  • You can choose to make the payment on any day before the due date, else the bank will automatically deduct the minimum due amount on the due date
  • If payment is made before statement generation, the minimum due amount will be calculated based on the statement balance
 
Commercial Bank now offers 3 easy ways to pay your Credit Card anytime anywhere
 

Pay through Internet Banking:

  • Login to Internet Banking
  • Select the “Sitemap” option from the home page.
  • Under the Payments menu, select the “Credit Card Payments” option
  • Choose the appropriate card to pay
  • Select the account number from which the Credit Card payment is to be debited
  • Enter the amount to be paid (Minimum payment due or outstanding amount)
    Please note: Payment should not be less than the amount indicated in the Minimum Payment Due field to avoid overdue charges
  • Click the “Pay” button to complete the payment.

 

Pay through Mobile Banking:

  • Login to your account from the Commercial Bank Mobile Banking app
  • Choose the “Payments” option
  • Select “ Credit Card payment”
  • Choose the appropriate card to pay
  • Select the account number from which the Credit Card payment is to be debited
  • Enter the amount to be paid (minimum payment due or Outstanding amount)
    Please note: Payment should not be less than the amount indicated in the Minimum Payment Due field to avoid overdue charges
  • Click the “Make Payment” button to complete the payment

  • If you are calling from your registered mobile number: 
    • Enter your 5 digit telephone banking identification number
    • Select option 2 for cards
    • Select option 4 for payment
  • If you are calling from an  non registered number:
    • Enter your QID/Account number/Debit or Credit Card number
    • Enter your 5 digit telephone banking identification number
    • Select option 2 for cards
    • Select option 4 for payment
