Here's how you can get started:
Download our new App from any of the app stores. Simply search for "CBQ" or "Commercial Bank of Qatar" on ITunes, Google Play, BlackBerry World or Windows App Store. Here are direct links to the new App:
Option 1: If you know your existing Internet Banking username and password, enter them in the welcome screen.
Congratulations, you are done! Welcome to the new Mobile Banking App. You can now use your username and password to log into Mobile and Internet Banking.
Option 2: Alternatively, if you do not remember your Internet Banking username and password, simply follow these steps
Open the new Mobile Banking App and click the Register button.
Enter your Qatari ID and Mobile number.
Carefully read the password guidelines to help you select a secured username.
Select a username, password and security question.
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Congratulations! You are done. Welcome to the new Mobile Banking App. You can now use your username and password to log into Mobile and Internet Banking.
Logging into Mobile Banking
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and security of your account information, we’ve added a new layer of authentication to our Internet and Mobile Banking.
As of July 1st 2014, each time you login to Internet and Mobile Banking you will be required to enter an “Authorisation Code” to compete the login process.
After entering your username and password, a SMS with a 6 digit authorisation code will be sent to your registered mobile. Simply enter the code and click “Submit” to log in.
