TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BANKING SERVICES
I hereby acknowledge the following
‐ That the Terms and Conditions shall be the prevailing terms and conditions applicable to me and shall supersede any terms and
conditions provided to me.
‐ That Commercial Bank may, from time to time, amend these terms and conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions, at its
sole discretion and I shall at all times be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any amendments made thereto and notified to me by
mail or posted on Commercial Bank’s website
‐ That these Terms and Conditions (or their related products and services) have been executed in Arabic and English and in case of any
discrepancy between the two texts, the Arabic text shall prevail.
‐ All information provided by me to Commercial Bank from time to time is true and correct at this date and in the event such information
shall change I undertake to immediately inform Commercial Bank and provide any documentation or other evidence required pursuant
to such change.
‐ I acknowledge that I shall be entitled to apply for these products and services through electronic channels. Any application of this kind
shall be deemed to be genuinely requested by me or on my behalf with my knowledge and authority and Commercial Bank shall not be
liable for verifying any such electronic applications for products or services, and I will not be required to sign any additional paper
‐ The prevailing terms and conditions applicable to products and services applied for through electronic means shall be available on
Commercialbank’s website and subject to change at any time at the discretion of Commercial Bank.
‐ Pursuant to Qatar Central Bank requirements, I acknowledge that I shall be registered for SMS Banking as provided by
linked to my mobile number as mentioned in the application form.
‐ Commercial bank may opt to send me all statements of accounts and credit card to my e-mail or through Commercial Bank’s Retail
Internet Banking facility and paper statements shall only be provided on request.

If you are a Sadara customer, then the following additional terms and conditions and any other
relevant terms and conditions relating to Sadara shall apply:
a) That we have the right to convert any of your regular accounts with us into Sadara accounts.
c) That we may terminate any of your Sadara accounts, services or facilities at any time if our
required minimum qualifying criteria is not met for six (6) consecutive months.
d) That if your Sadara membership is terminated at any time for whatever reason, your Sadara
accounts and other services and facilities will be converted into regular accounts, services
and facilities and shall be subject to our regular interest rates, fees and charges.
e) You undertake to conduct your banking affairs in good faith at all times and upon termination
of your Sadara membership return to us all related materials including but not limited to
chequebooks and cards.
f) The Bank shall be authorized (but not obliged) to rely on and act in accordance with any notice,
demand or other communication relating to any transaction which has been issued or expected
to be issued from time to time through telephone, facsimile, telex, email or any similar electronic
means by the customer or his representative after inquiring about the authority or identity
of the person who has issued or expected to issue such notice, demand or communication.
The customer shall pay all banking fees and expenses resulting from using such electronic
means whether incurred by the Bank or any correspondent bank and the Bank shall not be
