This new functionality will help you locate the nearest branch based on your current location. Additionally, it offers the added benefit of identifying less busy branches nearby and provides real-time updates on the traffic status at other branches.
Now, you can effortlessly book appointments at your convenience with just a few simple steps.
All you have to do is:
- Log in to their CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking.
- Click on “Services”.
- Click on “Branch Visit Appointment”.
- Click on “Book an Appointment”.
- Select a branch service, the preferred branch, and appointment date.
- The selected branch and other near branches will be displayed.
- Click on “Book Appointment”.
- Select your preferred time slot.
- Verify the booking details and click on “Confirm”.
- The appointment will be scheduled successfully.
