​If you have an international funds transfer transaction that you would like to amend, cancel or investigate, now you can raise your request using CBQ Mobile App.

You will not need to visit or call the Bank, as this service allows you to raise the request from your CBQ Mobile App. Additionally, you will be able to track the request status and will receive a notification when it has changed.

What requests can you raise?

  • Request to amend the beneficiary’s details.
  • Request to cancel your funds transfer.
  • Request to raise an investigation if the funds have not reached the beneficiary.

How to submit a request?

  • Log in to CBQ Mobile App. 
  • Navigate to the “Transfers” tab and click the icon “Track Transfer Status”.
  • Select the particular transfer.
  • Click “Raise/Track Transfer Dispute” 
  • Select the dispute type and complete the form. Make sure that your Account/Credit Card has sufficient funds for the processing fee.
  • Read the Terms and Conditions carefully to understand the required processing time and click “Submit”.
  • Recheck the details and click “Confirm”.
  • You will receive a confirmation message on the screen.

How to track the status of your request?

  • Log in to CBQ Mobile App.
  • Navigate to the “Transfers” tab and click the icon “Track Transfer Status”.
  • Select the particular transfer.
  • Click “Dispute in Progress”.
  • You can view the status of your request and you will receive a notification for status change or if further action is required from you.
