At times, you might face restriction(s) during online transactions. Activating your online card usage helps you avoid any limitations or rejections when paying online.
To successfully enable your card for online usage, please follow the below steps:
1- Log in to the CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking.
2- Go to “Services”.
3- Under “Card Services”, select “Credit Card Services” or “Debit Card Services” and click on “Online Usage” for the selected card.
4- Select the date range for the online card usage and enter the expiry date and CVV number.
5- Press “Confirm”.
6- Enter the card PIN for verification.
You have successfully enabled your card for online card usage.
