This service allows you to request for a Liability or Clearance letter.

Liability letter will list all your current liabilities including loans and Credit Cards.

Release/Clearance letter is issued when there are no active liabilities including loans and Credit Cards.

To request for a Liability or Clearance Letter, follow the steps below:

1- Log in to CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking.

2- Go to “Services” tab.

3- Under General Services, press “Request a Liability/ Clearance”.

4- Press “Request a new letter”.

5- Fill all the required details.

6- Confirm the details.

7- Click “Confirm”.

Your request will be submitted successfully.

You can check the progress of your request by clicking on “Request a Liability/ Clearance” once the status is shown as “Problem Solved” you can collect your letter from the nearest Commercial Bank branch.
