Commercial Bank’s award-winning CBQ Mobile App has introduced transfers to 3 Mobile Wallets to Philippines (GCash, GrabPay and Shoppee Pay), providing you with more options for money transfers to the Philippines, and offering more flexibility by making international transfers more easier and secure.

Direct transfer to these wallets helps customers perform domestic payments easily and securely.

Using CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking, customers need to create the beneficiary by entering the beneficiary name with an active mobile wallet account number.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Login to CBQ Mobile App.
2. Select “International Transfers” under the “Transfers” Tab.
3. Click on “Add Beneficiary”.
4. Select Philippines as a Beneficiary Country and select transfer type “Send to Wallet” from dropdown list.
5. Select Wallet Type

GCash

GrabPay

or Shoppee Pay

6. Add beneficiary details and click on “Submit”.
7. Review details and click on “Confirm” to proceed.
8. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile to “Authorize” the new beneficiary.
9. Once the OTP is entered, the beneficiary will be added successfully.

You are now ready to send money to your new beneficiary.
