With CBQ Mobile App, you can manage your Credit Card 24/7 conveniently and safely. You can:

• •   Activate your Credit Card.
• •   Create/Change your PIN online.
• •   Block your Credit Card.
• •   Replace your Credit Card.
• •   Add the Add-on Cardholder’s mobile number to receive One Time Password when shopping online.
• •   Manage Add on Card Limit.

All what you have to do is:

• •   Log in to CBQ Mobile App.
• •   Under Services tab, select “Credit Card services" under Accounts & Card services.
• •   Select the service you want to update.
• •   Follow the simple instructions on your App.
• •   Enter the OTP received to your registered mobile number if required.
•      (Do not share the OTP with anyone else).
• •   Upon successful Authorisation, your transaction will be complete.
