If you have an international funds transfer transaction that you would like to amend, cancel or submit for investigation, you can now raise a request using CBQ Corporate Internet Banking (CIB).

You do not need to visit a branch or contact the Bank, this service allows you to raise the request from your CIB. Additionally, you can track the status of your request within CIB and you will receive a notification when the status has changed.

What requests can you raise?

The initiator of the transaction and users involved in the workflow can raise these requests:

  • • Request to amend the beneficiary details.
  • • Request to cancel your funds transfer.
  • • Request to raise an investigation if the funds have not reached the beneficiary.

How to submit a request?

  • • Log in to CBQ Corporate Internet Banking (CIB). 
  • • Navigate to the “Request” tab and click the icon “Raise/Track Transfer Dispute”.
  • • Select ”Create New”
  • • Enter your Transaction Ref. No, and click “Save & Next”.
  • • The particular transfer will appear on the screen.
  • • Select a “Query Type” and enter a “Query Reason”. Click “Save & Next” and then click “Submit”.
  • • Read and confirm the Terms and Conditions carefully to understand the required processing time and click “Confirm”.
  • • You will receive a confirmation message on the screen.
  • • For amendment or cancellation requests, the process will go through the respective workflow for the CIB user.

How to track the status of your request?

  • • Log in to CBQ Corporate Internet Banking (CIB).
  • • Navigate to the “Request” tab and click the icon “Raise/Track Transfer Dispute”.
  • • All funds transfer cases will be shown on your screen.
  • • You can view the status of your requests and will receive a notification when the status has changed or if further action is required from you.
