With CBQ Mobile App, you can manage your Debit Card 24/7 conveniently and safely, such as:
- • Activate your Debit Card.
- • Create/Change your PIN online.
- • Block your Debit Card.
- • Replace a Debit Card.
- • Change your Debit Card ATM/ POS limit.
- • Add the Add-on cardholder’s mobile number to receive One Time Password when shopping online.
All you have to do is:
- • Log in to CBQ Mobile App.
- • Under services tab, select “Debit Card services" under Accounts & Card services.
- • Select the service you want to update.
- • Follow the simple instructions on your app.
- • Enter the OTP received to your registered mobile number if required (Do not share the OTP with anyone else).
- • Upon successful authorization, your transaction will be complete.
