To start using e-Gift, follow these steps:
- Log in to the CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking.
- Click on the “Payments” tab.
- Click on “Send e-Gift”.
- Fill in the required details and click on “Submit”.
- Click on “Confirm”.
- Preview the message the beneficiary will receive and click on “Continue”.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- e-Gift will be sent successfully.
