Who’s eligible?
To
open a Commercial Bank Savings Account you need to hold or be applying
for a Residence Permit. We don’t charge a fee when you open a Commercial
Bank Savings Account.
Minimum/Maximum initial Deposit:
You will need to transfer in a minimum monthly salary of QAR 4,000, or make an initial, one-time deposit of QAR 10,000.
Making Withdrawals:
Your
Global Debit Card enables you to withdraw funds from our ATM locations
in Qatar and at other banks’ ATM machines in Qatar displaying the NAPS
sign or, internationally, displaying the Cirrus Maestro sign.
Making Deposits:
Deposits
can be made by post, via electronic transfer, over the counter or
through selected ATMs. To make things even easier, you can set up
regular monthly payments into your Savings Account by standing order.
Withdrawal limit:
You can withdraw up to QAR 10,000 per day via the ATM. Premium customers like Sadara are entitled to higher withdrawal limits.
Currency options:You can open a Savings Account in Qatari Riyals or most international currencies.
Ways to bank:You can bank by phone, SMS, mobile, ATMs and in-branch.
Other services:If you need to arrange an overdraft, you can call to arrange a meeting with your branch manager.
