Commercial Bank honours long-serving employees during annual staff event

​Doha, Qatar: Commercial Bank, one of the leading full service banks in Qatar, honoured a number of its staff for their long-term service and outstanding loyalty to the Bank and its customers. The long-serving employees were recognised during the Bank’s annual staff event, held recently at the Katara Cultural Hall. The event was attended by Commercial Bank staff and distinguished guests, and awards were presented by the Bank’s Managing Director, Mr. Hussain Alfardan, and the Group Chief Executive, Mr. Andrew Stevens.

During the event, 19 employees who have worked with the Bank for over twenty years were recognised, followed by the distribution of certificates and awards, then dinner and entertainment. There was a special honour for Mr. Sadek Ahmed, who joined the Bank in its early days thirty years ago, not long after Commercial Bank was launched as the first private sector bank in Qatar.
