Doha, Qatar: Commercial Bank, Qatar’s first private bank, has begun a host of Qatar National Day activities and promotions with a staff event honouring Qatari traditions and heritage at Commercial Bank Plaza in West Bay.

A stunning of replica Al Zubarah Fort, the UNESCO World Heritage listed site, has been constructed outside of Commercial Bank Plaza, with staff and the public treated to traditional Qatari cultural activities, together with unique classic cars in the nearby open area to reflect the national heritage. The interior of the Plaza lobby was decorated with Qatari flags and featured a Qatari majlis, plus a traditional coffee shop with Arabic sweets and coffee.

The folkloric Arda dance greeted the arrival of Commercial Bank Board Members, who officially opened the day of celebrations by welcoming staff and guests to the National Day zone.
