Commercial Bank receives Customer Service award from International Finance Magazine

Doha, Qatar: As the market leader for digital innovation and transformation in Qatar, Commercial Bank has received the prestigious digital award from International Finance Magazine: the “Most Innovative Customer Service Bank" award in Qatar for 2021.
The award follows a rigorous assessment process of the nominated institutions' quality customer service, online and offline customer support provided, innovative customer-oriented products launched, customer relationship, customer satisfaction reviews, feedback, and testimonials, in addition to the strategic competitive advantage.
Leading innovation in the local market, Commercial Bank has made several advances in its retail digital offering in the past few years, including its internet and mobile banking, international fund transfer service – enabling customers to send money abroad in 60 seconds or less – its e-wallet solution, instant account opening, online cheque deposit service, and the CB Household Worker PayCard. All of these innovations, and more, have been developed and launched to fulfil a customer need, and to enhance the customers' experience of banking.
