Important Update on Commercial Bank Debit Card Cash Withdrawal Limits
Effective from 29 January 2026, new cash withdrawal limits will apply at customer level for the following customer segments and Debit Card products as outlined below.

Please note:
- ATM cash withdrawals are subject to cash withdrawal limits set at both customer-level and product-level.
- Cash withdrawal limits defined at customer-level will take precedence over cash withdrawal limits set at product-level.
- Separate daily and monthly Cash withdrawal limits are set for usage within QATAR and outside Qatar (GCC and International).
- Even if a cash withdrawal limit set at product-level allows a higher withdrawal amount, transactions will not be permitted beyond the cash withdrawal limit set at customer-level.
- Once the cash withdrawal limit set at customer-level is reached, no further ATM cash withdrawals will be allowed, regardless of the remaining cash withdrawal limit available at product-level.
- Customers holding multiple debit card products will not be able to transact beyond the permitted daily and monthly cash withdrawal limit set at the customer level.
The new product-level cash withdrawal limits for the above debit card products will be applicable to Sadara & Private Banking customers using these card products.
