With this enhanced service, you can now manage your PO Box subscription just like any other bill payment – quickly, securely, and from anywhere.

How to register your Qatar Post bill with Commercial Bank:

  1. Log in to the CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking.
  2. Click on “Qatar Post” in the “Payments” section.
  3. Click on “Add New Bill”.
  4. Enter the required details and click “Search”.
  5. Review the details and click “Confirm”.
  6. Click “Authorise Now”.
  7. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

You will have successfully registered your Qatar Post bill.

How to pay for your PO Box subscription on the CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking:

  • Go to “Payments” and select “Qatar Post”.
  • If your subscription has not been added, go to “Bills”, choose “Add PO Box Number” and enter the required details.
  • If your subscription has already been added, the outstanding bill will appear for payment.

Once your payment is completed, real-time updates will be sent to Qatar Post to ensure a smooth and seamless renewal experience.
